The event, which was well attended by prominent police officers and celebrities, featured gospel song ministrations from popular gospel artistes.
Testifying at the event, Badmos thanked God for the gift of life and for the opportunity given to her to protect others through policing.
Pastor Amos Fenwa, who ministered at the event, commended the police officer for her pleasure in helping people and protecting the image of the police.
Badmos, an exceptional police officer, hails from Ekiti State. She is a graduate of Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti and also a post-graduate degree holder in Public Administration.
Dolapo joined the force on August 15, 2002, as an Assistant Superintendent of Police (Course 21 Batch) and she was trained at the Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State.
She has served in various capacities since she joined the force. She was once Aide de Camp (ADC) to former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Patricia Eteh. Until her appointment, she was serving as the Divisional Police Officer, (DPO), Isokoko Division, Agege, Lagos State.
Badmos, who was appointed Lagos State Police PRO in January 2016, is now the zonal police PRO for Zone 2.
Her appointment took effect from March 10, 2017 and Zone 2 supervises police activities in Lagos and Ogun states police command.
